O.M.G! If you did not know, Alexa Riley is one of my top favorite authors. Every time I dig into one of her books, I can expect a possessive alpha hero who has a dirty talking mouth. The hotness will melt your kindle until it is no more!
Heidi Miller needs money. She needs money to pay for college and applies for a job at a strip club. Her first night serving as a cocktail waitress she meets a stranger. The stranger name is Reese Davis who is a professor at a university who is out with his cousin to celebrate his upcoming nuptials. Reese did not want to celebrate with his cousin at a strip club and preferred to stay home and relax.

Reese was waiting to get drinks and got double punched when he lays eyes on Heidi Miller. His first thought was to proposition her with cash. The story got interesting from here! Heidi was shocked and did not know how to react.

Fast forward……Reese took care of Heidi needs and treated her as a princess. He knew he wanted to explore this connection with Heidi. In Reese’s heart, he knew Heidi was the woman for him. Heidi on the other hand…did have doubts but fell for Reese in due time.

Heidi and Reese did get their happily-ever-after and what a ride! This book is a 5 star read for me ya’ll!

I am left speechless! Who knew I would love a sweet librarian and scarred hero? Cameron Hart really knows how to bring the emotions you will feel for days. In this story we meet sweet Raven who is a librarian with a past. Slater is a scarred military hero who is adorable and really doesn’t talk. Watching him struggle to talk to Raven was a sexy quality for this big guy. He was Raven’s protector and her confident. The love between these two was combustible and fierce.

Raven was hiding in the shadows for a long time and found solace in Slater’s arms. She has been running from her past with no help from friends or family. What past you might wonder? You will have to read the book! I was just happy that Slater was there to take Raven’s troubles all away in this young woman’s life.

This book is a bodyguard romance that turns quickly into Insta-love from both hero and heroine. It is also an age gap romance if that is your thing. Slater is thirty-six and Raven is twenty. I just love an age gap romance between two characters…Don’t you?

Books & Bullets had the drama and hotness we all need in Cameron Hart books. This book is definitely a peachy read that will have you turning the next pages until you reach the end.

Who is ready for a sweet short story by Loni Ree? Mrs. Loni Ree greets us with a paranormal romance with a sexy vampire name Silas and a human baker name Ruby. The story was fresh and cutesy. Silas has been roaming the earth just living and running his business all alone. He feels empty and wakes up rejuvenated when he meets his next-door neighbor. Ruby and Silas start to form a friendly relationship that turns romantic.

Silas tells Ruby that she is his mate and their happily ever after continues from there. It’s more to the story but…I don’t really want to give EVERYTHING AWAY! You will just have to purchase the book and fall in love with this story like I did! The book had some steam and charming elements to it. My rating for this book gets 5-stars.

I am just going to start all of my book reviews by Tory Baker with O.M.G from now on! Mrs. Tory Baker loves to write about the MC life. The Diamondbacks MC to be precise! This is an Insta-love story which features Doc who is a medical doctor and a young woman name Fallon who is currently running from an abusive husband.

Doc offers his protection and claims Fallon as his own. The story is actioned packed with corrupted cops and others who can be brought to find Fallon and return her to her husband. The story includes steamy scenes and a strong family bond among the mc club.
Fallon and Doc will have you turning the pages so quick, your kindle will have a hard time keeping up! If you love an over-the-top male character and a feisty strong woman, you need to purchase this book NOW! My rating for this book is 5-stars.

Where have I been?
I am so in love with this mafia book!
First let’s begin with Dimitri who is a Russian Gangster.  He deals in illegal activity but is very successful in the underground world. He dresses in designers suits and has impeccable taste in food, jewelry and much more. Dimitri is a guy who takes what he wants and doesn’t second guess himself. He is truly an alpha male who will melt your kindle into pieces. On one of the evenings that Dimitri was waiting for some entertainment, he was intrigue and surprised to find Emma knocking on his door and what a surprise it was!

Emma is a young college student who needs money for her schooling. She goes to an address to discuss payments to pay for her classes. She knocks on a door that does not belong to her financial advisor and comes face to face with Dimitri who mistakes her for a woman of the night.

Dimitri grows obsessed with Emma and the rest is history! This is truly a great mafia book with bloodshed, not so much nice people, but still is a great love story. The book will keep you up at night, until you finish it! It was just that good! This book gets a 5-star rating for me, and I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series!

Bruno has just been released from prison after doing two years. The only thing on his mind is getting revenge on the person who sent him away falsely. He is driving away from prison and gets pulled over by Officer Lovett. He kidnaps her and falls instantly in love. Bruno is obsessed with Officer Lovett and makes sure she is treated fairly in his home and gets her to fall in love with him by being sweet and considerate.

Office Lovett is new to the job. She pulls Bruno over and ask to see his license and registration. When she is grabbing his information, he decides to kidnap her and drives away. Officer Lovett wakes up in Bruno home and demands be releases her at once! Bruno and Officer Lovett go back and forth bickering until they come to an agreement that she won’t escape, and the story takes a turn from there.

This story did have some up and downs, but I am going to give it a 3-stars rating for a good plot, but it was still missing something. Either way…good story to check out for a quick read to past the time!

Beautiful love story of two people who find their way back to each other!

Sabrina and Stone grew up in life where you don’t just live the Kingdom. The Kingdom owns you and the ones you love. Stone is a young man who has enough of the kingdom and wants to live a normal life. He realizes that he misses his first love and wants her back. Stone plans to leave the life of the Kingdom but runs into complications. A savior helps him one night, by giving him a car to get out the city and start anew.

Stone drives to the town Sabrina is at and reconnects with her. He apologizes to her for not going with her and is ready to be the man she needs. Sabrina is shocked to see Stone and has mixed feelings and doesn’t know what to believe.
Stone and Sabrina relationship is complicated to say the least. In this story, we do see forgiveness and growth. Stone and Sabrina finally get their happily ever after leaving the Kingdom life. This is a beautiful story of two people never giving up. This story is well written by Mrs. Carrie Ann Ryan with a 5-star rating from me.

I am making this review short and sweet!

First time reading from this author and what a fun and entertaining story. We have a shy secretary who works for a security firm named Willow and a hot, sexy mechanic name Stone. Stone is protective, sweet and likes to have fun all over town if you know what I mean. He is a true playboy until someone can rile him in.

Willow and Stone was two characters who made opposites attract lived to its name. This story will have you shaking your head from all the shenanigans from friends and family, but it’s a heartfelt story with a happily ever after! My rating for this book is 5-stars for fun and sexy times!

The Wedding Debt by Clarissa Wild is a dark romance with twists and turns. Luca and Liam De Vos are brothers who are part of the Mafia. They are being prepared to carry on the family business. Liam is next in line to become prince.

Jill is raised in a family who dealings are shady. She wants no part of the business and just wants to live how she sees fit. Her parents are business associates with Luca and Liam De Vos family, and she feels disdain towards Luca. He is arrogant, rude and gets under her skin. This makes Luca and Jill hate each other whenever they are around each other.

Jill and Luca relationship becomes entangle with heat and bad-tempered moments.

The story ends in a CLIFF-HANGER and will continue to unfold in The Marriage Debt coming out next year to continue with Jill’s and Luca’s story.

My rating for this story is 3-stars. The story was interesting but did have it moments where it was scrambled in some parts. Will read the next book in this duet to see what becomes of Jill and Luca! First time reading from this author and am looking forward to reading more by Clarissa Wild!
